Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–4 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. A COD charge of ₹60 applies. Prepaid orders have no extra charge.
Which sizes are available?
Our shoes come in India/UK sizes 7, 8, 9 and 10, the same sizing used by most Indian shoe brands. Check our Size Guide before ordering.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
You can exchange it for another size within 7 days of delivery, as long as the shoes are unused and in the original box.
How do I return a product?
Email info@s7x.store or WhatsApp +91 99994 73713 within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos. We arrange a free pickup.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7–10 days after the returned product passes our quality check. COD refunds are made to your bank account.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, until the order is out for delivery.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page, or the tracking link sent to you by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Do your shoes come with a warranty?
There is no separate warranty. Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery are covered under our return policy.
