S7X ships to all serviceable PIN codes across India, with free shipping on every order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delays can happen because of weather, festivals, courier issues or other events outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner from our warehouse in New Delhi. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available. A COD charge of ₹60 is added to COD orders at checkout. Prepaid orders have no extra charge.

Address and Delivery Attempts

Please enter a complete address and an active phone number. We can change the address only before the order is dispatched. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or because the parcel is refused, the order may be returned to us; for prepaid orders, the refund is processed as per our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Damaged Parcel

If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
