Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange an S7X product within 7 days of delivery, and we arrange the return pickup free of cost.

Return and Exchange Window

Raise a request within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@s7x.store or messaging us on WhatsApp +91 99994 73713 with your Order ID, the reason and photos of the product.

Conditions

A return or exchange is accepted only when:

  • the product is unused, unwashed and in the same condition as delivered
  • it is in its original box and packaging, with all tags and accessories
  • the request is made within 7 days of delivery

We may decline a return if the product shows signs of wear, damage after delivery, or missing packaging.

Size Exchange

If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another size of the same product, subject to stock. If the size you want is out of stock, we will refund the amount instead.

Return Shipping

S7X arranges the reverse pickup at no cost to you. If reverse pickup is not available at your PIN code, our team will contact you with the next steps.

Quality Check

Once the product reaches our warehouse, our team checks it. If it passes, we process the refund or ship the exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 days after the returned product passes the quality check.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders are refunded by bank transfer. We will ask for your bank account details.
  • The ₹60 COD charge is not refundable, unless the product was defective or wrong.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will replace it or refund it in full.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.
  • After dispatch, cancellation is still free, but only until the order is out for delivery.
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it is out for delivery.
  • Prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 days.

Warranty

S7X products do not carry a separate warranty. Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery are covered under this policy.
